Welcome to Vaha Guitars. By engaging with our services or purchasing from our inventory, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before finalizing your order, build, or purchase.
1. Engagement & Agreement

• All transactions with Vaha Guitars are governed under either a Build Contract (for custom guitars, modifications, and upgrades) or a Purchase Contract (for imported or in-stock instruments and accessories).

• These contracts outline specifications, costs, delivery timelines, warranty coverage, and other conditions. Once signed or accepted, the respective contract becomes the binding agreement between Vaha Guitars and the customer.

2. Imported Instruments & Purchase Contracts

• Vaha Guitars offers genuine imported instruments, primarily from the United States, along with select models from other manufacturers worldwide.

• Every imported guitar is sourced through authorized channels, ensuring authenticity and manufacturer-backed reliability.

• All instruments purchased under a Purchase Contract include a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty, with some models featuring extended warranty coverage as specified by the brand.

• Each instrument is guaranteed to be a genuine product manufactured in the United States or in another country as stated by the manufacturer. The manufacturing origin and warranty details are provided on the invoice for transparency.

3. Custom Builds & Build Contracts

• For custom builds and modifications, the Build Contract will define every detail: body style, tonewoods, hardware, electronics, finishes, and delivery timeline.

• Once the Build Contract is signed, it becomes the guiding document for the project.

• Change requests after contract signing may incur additional charges and extend delivery timelines.

4. Timelines & Delivery

• Build Contracts: Custom builds are delivered within the timeline agreed in the Build Contract. Specialized imported parts or rare woods may extend the schedule; such conditions will be communicated in advance.

• Purchase Contracts: Delivery of imported ready-stock instruments may be subject to international shipping times and customs clearance. Expected timelines will be shared at the time of order.

• Vaha Guitars ensures all instruments—whether built or purchased—are safely packaged and handled according to international standards for secure delivery.

5. Delivery & Pickup Services

• Delivery and pickup are provided directly by Vaha Guitars to ensure your instrument’s safety.

• A nominal delivery/pickup fee applies unless otherwise agreed in writing. This will be included in the invoice.

6. Warranties & Support

• Manufacturer Warranty (Purchase Contracts): All imported instruments and branded hardware are covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty (minimum 2 years, with extended coverage on select models).

• Vaha Guitars Warranty (Build Contracts): For custom builds or modifications, if additional warranty is offered, it will be specified in the Build Contract.

• Warranty claims must follow the processes outlined by the manufacturer or Vaha Guitars, depending on the case.

7. Intellectual Property

• All consultation notes, design drafts, build records, and customization concepts remain the intellectual property of Vaha Guitars.

• Customers may not reproduce or share these materials without written consent.

8. Unforeseen Delays

• Vaha Guitars is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Import restrictions or customs clearance issues

  • Supplier shortages or discontinued parts

  • Natural events, strikes, or transport disruptions

• Customers will be updated promptly with revised timelines in such cases.

9. Amendments to Terms

• Vaha Guitars reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• The most current version will always be available on our official website. Customers are advised to review Terms before entering into a Build or Purchase Contract.
